A weekly sanctuary for pregnancy and new motherhood

Set within the peaceful surroundings of Spring Hill Estate, our yoga classes offer a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself and enjoy a moment of calm amidst the demands of everyday life.

Surrounded by rolling parkland, ancient trees and the quiet beauty of the countryside, classes are designed to nurture both body and mind through mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation. Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, Spring Hill provides a welcoming and supportive environment in which to unwind, restore and find balance.

Our approach is gentle, inclusive and rooted in wellbeing, creating space for everyone to move at their own pace and leave feeling refreshed, grounded and renewed.
